30-Day Refund Guarantee
Shroom Room offers a full refund on the price of any product purchased when returned within 30 days. Please note that this refund excludes shipping costs, customs, duties, and VAT/taxes, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 legislation.

Defective Products
We do not allow refunds for opened products, except in the case of a product being faulty. We ensure that our packaging is designed to ensure safe delivery of your product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased, and payment will be made by the same method that you used for payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Shroom Room.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at www.shroomroomni@gmail.com and send your item to 55A Bridge St, Banbridge BT32 3JL.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.

Please note that returns postage is paid by the customer. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we ship to the UK only. Due to postage laws, we are unable to post to the Republic of Ireland. However, if you wish to have the product in the Republic of Ireland, you can use our shop click and collect location in Banbridge.
